I pack my lunch. pre portioned meals well within my “points” and calories for the day. I’m not ever feeling hungry or run to the vending machine for snacks. Only twice I’ve gone for soda but at least it was diet & I couldn’t even finish it!! Thats good :P

I’m working out, nothing major just doing some cardio, pilates, and dance videos…and walking of course.
I’m eating good, not just fruits and veggies a wide range of things grains & stuff some sweets everything is about portion control!
Mentally well thats where I’m having some issues but it’s mostly about work. Last night, after a rough day I came home did what I had to do (laundry & dinner) then took a hot hot bath and watched half a movie and fell asleep early :) I woke up feeling refreshed. Thats a good start to my three day weekend!
Im killin this one! I am totally pre planning calorie counting and doing points with weight watchers Im so gonna check this one off soon!
