So I’ve been exercising regularly, watching my fat intake, cutting down on the read meat…and I just discovered that Bayer nutritional supplement that’s supposed to help lower cholesterol. I’ll be getting a jar of that soon.
I’m actually finally moving forward on this goal. I haven’t finished yet, but I am finally making it happen. It’s a TON of work, especially with a fulltime job already going, but I suspect it’s going to be well worth the effort.
