How I did it: I found an Ina Garten recipe for toasted coconut marshmallows, asked one of my kids to help and just did it. How I did it: We booked a campground near Lake Chelan, packed up our stuff and set up camp with friends. We set up our tent and spread a tablecloth on the picnic table to start. I’m still sick but I shined my sink and got dressed to my shoes anyways. My hubby and kids zipped home and did a 15 minute tidy in the downstairs and it looks great. As soon as I’m able, I’m reinstating the routines and trying to stay on track.
The new Jennifer Chiaverini book and am really trying to start the Ken Follett book, Pillars of the Earth that my mother in law gifted me last Xmas.
