How I did it: Followed a couple of online guides. First I learned the beginner method, and managed a fastest time of 2 minutes I think (that was a while ago), then I learned a more advanced technique, following another guide, and now my fastest time is 29 seconds, yay! Read how I did it…
Did a fair bit of exercise last weekend, but none this week coz I’m feelin’ ill. I’m gonna pick the pace up soon and then I’ll be well buff.
