Ive promised my mom and dad I will paint with them. It was a goal of ours if we declutterd their home we would paint pictures together. Havent painted one in years, in fact I think all of my paints are dried up. I will have to start looking for inspiration. Audere est Facere!
Someone is trying to sabotage me.”here’s a donut”,”have some Easter peeps”,”I brought home your favorite egg rolls and ragoons”. There is no end to it. I don’t think they realize how hard it is. Will power is not born overnight. Tomorrow is a new day Yah! I will be dreaming of my slimfast shake.
Well I finaly realize I have to get going on this weight issue.
I will not go up another size! I have subbed one meal with slim fast and cut back on my others. Plus Im eating more healthy food. So far so good.
I’m really excited about my sore muscles, progress. It’s a little slow right now. I will have to figure out my routine ,the book I have now ‘m not sure I like. It is Richard Hittlemans 28 day workout. I use to have another one of his about 20 years ago that had really good routines for the month. But I can’t remember the title. Looks like I need to exercise my brain too!
I’m finding this winter is dragging on and on. Snow, lots and lots of snow. Nothing like cold feet and pictures of beautiful hand knitted socks all over the net to relight my fire. There are some great pictures on flkr. I’m thinking of felting the first pair. There is a book called “one skein” that has an excellent pair that are cabled. I will take a crack at those if I make it through my trial pair. Alonggg time ago I knitted my kiddies mittens, but have never tried socks. So here we go, I have found my needles once again!
