Day #32 15 months ago

banana, special k w/ no milk x2, applesauce, small piece of honey bread, small sub w/ turkey, lettuce, peppers and cheese.

walked, not vigorously though. I did okay yesterday, I’m just not sure if it is enough, losing weight is hard work.

Day #31 15 months ago

special k, no milk, banana, spinach tortilla wrap w/ roasted veggies, spinach, hummus, and feta, and an apple.

I forgot to eat dinner, I guess I wasn’t hungry. I didn’t work out yesterday, walked some though. BUT the day before, even though I royally messed up I managed to put in a one hour intense walk/run. It ended up making me feel a lot better about how horrible I ate that day. I still have a long way to go and sometimes I wonder if I’ll even lose weight. I’m uncomfortable in this body, it’s not the way I used to look, even six months ago I looked better. I need to keep trying and stay focused.

Day #30 15 months ago

BAAAAAAAAAAAAD and I’m upset with myself and I feel gross.

b: granola bites, banana, two prunes
l: spinach tortilla w/ turkey, provalone, hummus, sprouts, lettuce
d: calzone (overate on cheese and peperoni, four small cookies

I feel like crap, I’m fat. Tomorrow I need to be amazing. I feel like I will never lose this weight and I will always be chubby. I just want my body from last year back. Only person I can blame is myself.
