No workout again, I just don’t have time. Tomorrow I’ll be walking around the whole day because I’m helping my aunt with her kids and going to a theme park. Only problem is I’m not sure what I’ll eat. I’ll have to pack something and have incredible will power. Oh and once again I drank too much. I really hope I’m loosing weight, I feel like I’m not and that I never will.

special k bar x2, banana, carrots, yogurt, broccoli, 1/2 of a huge chicken sandwich w/ guacamole, peppers, and cheese. Three beers and one hard lemonade.

special k bar x2, carrots, snap-peas, yogurt, blueberries, asparagus, little bit of garlic dipping sauce, small croissant roast beef sandwich, one tiny strawberry, three cheese cubes, 80 calories worth of animal crackers.
whew…looks like a lot, but I really didn’t eat that much. No exercise though, I basically sat at a desk all day long. My ankle is back to normal, so hopefully tomorrow I’ll get off work early enough to go on a loooooooooooong walk.
