Oh my god. All i can think about is food. i feel SO hungry, but I made such a fool of myself convincing my parents that I’m not crazy and I’m going to do this blah blah blah. I can’t quit, I’ll never live it down.
My dad was eating a turkey sandwich, and I was SO insanely jealous.
I know that the first few days are the hardest. I’m really hoping day 4 will be better, as per what i’ve been reading.
Please let me know if you’re experiencing/have experienced the same thing, and give me some hope. There’s relief, right?
Also, I had problems downing the SWF. I drank 2 8 oz glasses of water with 1/2 a teaspoon of salt each. This is the right proportion of salt to water—but I can’t even drink 32 oz of regular water in one sitting! I gagged and had no reaction. Should I use a teaspoon of salt in each glass? Eeek.
it was pretty good overall! i had a few light headaches here and there, and i had to pee a lot.
i do have a few questions
1) how much lemonade do you drink daily? i had 4 16 oz bottles so far. is that ok? too much/too little?
2) how much time should i schedule for the SWF? i didn’t do it this morning because i didn’t know how much earlier to wake up, and i didn’t want to be late to school… experiences? also, what’s the water/salt ratio, so i don’t have to look it up?
