I’ve definitely been doing this. Maybe not as much as I want to, but I’ve been improving.
Because the weather’s finally getting nicer, I go on bike rides, runs, and walks. I just go into my backyard and swing. Sometimes, I just sit on my front porch and relax. It feels good. I love summerrrrrr. The weather is so awesome!

How I did it: I used SparkNotes and made a plot to go along with it and worked really hard. And now it's finally done! Even though it was hard, and it didn't turn out perfectly, I don't mind. I still feel good. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Instead of drinking juice or iced tea or anything that's not so great for you when I got home, I started drinking water. Now, I bring seltzer water or bottled water to school every day. I stop at water fountains in-between certain classes, and drink water with dinner most of the time, unless I have milk. It's definitely worth it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Well, at the dinner table at my house, there's always the options of veggies. I used to ignore them a lot. Now, I always take a couple of them, no matter if I really love the taste or not. I just know that it's good for you, that it makes me feel healthy, and makes a meal full of vitamins~ I like a lot more veggies now, including spinach and broccoli, both of which I used to hate. I have been volunteering, partly to get community service hours and partly just because I want to, and it’s a good way to have fun with my best friend, who volunteer with :)
I go to the classroom of a first-and-second-grade reading teacher, after school, and just help her with everything. I grade papers, put up posters, take down posters, copy things, sharpen pencils, clean desks… everything.
I never realized how much work goes into being a teacher!
I actually enjoy doing the work though, and it makes me feel good :)
I want to do more volunteering, because this is only every other Thursday.
I haven’t been doing this as well.
I started out well, but then I got bored this week and didn’t want to read before bed.
Tomorrow, I’m going to make it a point to start a book and then finish it by the weekend. I’m gonna read Michael J. Fox’s “Always Looking Up,” because I love him with alll my heart and think he’s inspirational.
