How I did it: Once I really stopped and thought about all of the ugly truths about smoking, I began to hate everything about it. Then I reminded myself about all of these things everytime I had a craving. I have been free from the bondage of smoking for 4 years! Read how I did it…
Today is not my official start date but, I am begining to cut things out. Today I cut out refined sugar and honey (I like honey in my tea). Then it will be bread and such.
I have had so much going on with moving, my son having a seizure (with no known cause), my son getting pnemonia and more doctors appointments than I can recall. So I do not ‘officially’ start this goal until Jan 5, 2009 but, now that things are calming down I would like to quit coffee…again! So today is day 1 of my pre-goal goal.
