For me or my idealistic dreamland vision of a perfect relationship is one that is between two people that are mutually driven to explore and to work together and share ALL aspects of their life. Is it too much to ask for or want somebody that you can communicate with on such a personal and intimate level and spend hours in deep conversation still wanting more. Of course there has to be that physical attraction as well but for me that’s like the icing on the cake. It’s not about the physical attraction it’s about the attraction as a whole. Heart, mind, body, and soul. It’s not really the clich? “the one who completes me” because we are already complete, rather It’s the one that compliments us in all aspects of our life. Whether it is our deepest fears or most outlandish thoughts and desires, no matter how crazy they may be or sound. Perhaps It’s just the closeness of being in each other’s arms. The best friend you would rather be with than without. But last I think it’s also the common interests of being a student of life. It’s that person that you can be with and grow old together with while sharing in adventures, dreams, and learning while growing not only together but individually as well.

So you may see that I am a hopeless romantic at heart in search of the same. However lately I prefer the term Hopeful Romantic. I am generally shy and introverted but have learned to become an extrovert when the situation calls for it. I long for my best friend and soul mate to teach and learn from each other. I enjoy all the beautiful things in life and believe the most beautiful are those that are free. The sounds of a thunderstorm, a secluded waterfall, a perfect sunset, secret places, and most importantly someone at my side to share those experiences with. I’ve recently started to learn violin, would like to continue my flying lessons and learn to scuba dive. I work hard; own my own company doing what I love to do. I work hard and sometimes long hours so that I can have the time and resources to take off whenever I like and seek out new experiences and beautiful things. I believe in chivalry and independence at the same time. I will open the door for you, help you with your coat, and carry you over a puddle, but if you prefer maybe we could splash around in it a bit first.. You are my best friend and lover with whom we can share each other’s most inner thoughts, intimate moments and grow together inseparably with a love that dreams are made of and others can only dream about. Some may say that I am a dreamer, but I know that dreams do come true, and so do you. Remember it is “the dream afraid of waking that never takes the chance” or the “soul afraid of dying that never learns to live” I think the last quote kind of sums it up in respect that I believe that in a great relationship your partner is beside you and not above or below you, but equal to you complimenting each other.

Well Now that I have a few ideas going on one needs to just find that perfect cabin in the mountains to begin writing the greatest romantic love story of all time. No names or ideas posted here just the thought and the idea that comes directly from my soul and will one day flow onto the pages.
