I sometimes bite the inside of my mouth, the loose skin that is, as a nervous habit. Sometimes I just do it when I’m bored. I need to stop as it irates some people in my family, looks ridicolous, probably isn’t healthy for me, and may result in wrinkle lines.

A professor once told me, “your story creates your identity. If you forget your story then you can forget who you are.” Memory is so key in life! I need to remember who I am and where I came from. Connected with wanting to cherish my memories, I also see the pivotal importance of remembering daily things. Whether this be people’s names, events, directions, roads, what people say to me. This will take me a long way in life, make people think better of me, and help me develop a more active mind. Does anyone else have a story of how they did this or have a similiar goal…please help! thanks!
