It’s very difficult! I joined goneraw.com and it’s been encouraging. Meal planning is still a challenge. I’m aiming for raw dinners and raw snacks for now.

How I did it: I started reading from John, and then followed a yearly bible reading plan from my planner which began with Genesis. (It was a DaySpring Women's Planner) Midway through it, I decided to skip the reading plan and divided the readings into narratives/letters in the NT/OT , and paired that reading with something more difficult to understand like Jeremiah in the OT, or Revelation. I started moving from just 30 minutes per workout to aiming for 5k each time, even if it’s just a combination of walking and running. Yesterday, I just did a walk aiming for 5k, on an incline of 2.5, just to see what 5k feels like. I did it in an hour, so here’s hoping my run in 2010 will be less than an hour. That’s my goal anyway. It feels great doing some goal setting! 5k in 2010, here I come!
