1/3 of the way there as of today – I am 10.4 lbs lighter!
today i weighed in at weight watchers. I am down 10.4 lbs! soooo excited. it feels great!
i am down 4.2
(been doing weight watchers for 2 weeks, it really helps!)
after only a week, i lost 3.4 lbs! It’s not hard, and I am eating MUCH healthier. its great!
during the holidays, i decided to join weight watchers. i am doing awesome, its not that hard, and i will keep you posted on my next weigh in. currently 177.4
i am down to 176 (lost 4 total pounds so far) from 180. I am aiming to get to 170 by christmas. its so hard but so rewarding to see the numbers go down! you guys are so motivating! thanks!

I went for the first time this past week. It’s rough, but I think it will help me in the long run!
I am going to keep this as a goal until I go a couple more times, to make sure I’m on track.
started a couple weeks ago at 180. i’ve been logging on the “lose 30 pounds” goal b/c thats really what i want to lose….however i have decided to do it in 10s. and every 10 i lose, i am going to buy something for myself (a non-food incentive!!!!)
i am currently 178, so i have 8 to go to get this part of my goal done!
still 178. i hate this.
i had a week break of exercise b/c i got a tattoo, and it was advised to not get it sweaty or rubbed against, or go to the bacteria-filled space that is a gym.
i started working out again monday 6/7 days per week. ive just gotta keep on it. gah! at least i didnt gain those 2 initial lost pounds back (original weight at goal start = 180).
i bought a watch yesterday!!!! woooot! at least i will have the chance to know what time it is. usually im totally unaware of time.

its hard not being able to exercise, i get so lazy… that will all change come monday tho!!!!
...so im not really back on track cuz it just so happens that this weekend i got a tattoo, and i just realized that im advised not to get it too sweaty and stuff for at least a week…so barely any exercise…my diet is gonna have to be soooo low in calories.
went to visit my friends at college, and ate junk the whole weekend. but, im back! weighing in wed. will let me know the damage….yikes
i am scheduled for my first tattoo!
im in a rough spot tho, because my best friend was supposed to do it with me (not getting the same tattoo…no worries), but now he cant due to him having an operation this week. im really bummed, and i dont know if i still want to do it until he can with me. but im also still really excited and anxious (we made the appointment 3 months ago!)
anyone go through a similar situation or have any advice?
