I’m thinking of getting the word joyously tattooed in tiny script on my left palm. Sometimes it’s hard to remember how in control of our life we can be, and how important it is to be positive as much as possible.

How I did it: My friend gave me the milk cultures, which she had gotten from a farm in Georgia. You can get any kind of milk from the grocery store- I know on some websites it tells you that it has to be raw milk, and maybe that is true for some cultures but it wasn't for mine. How I did it: I slowly gathered things. I think that is the best way to come into a new space. I’m broke and feeling frumpy. So forget it for now. And with the season changing I am perpetually cold.
I guess Saturday is here. When I wake up I’m going to hit the gym, but take it slow. I’m going to draw out the length of my workout so that I can do it less strenuously and still feel like I am getting something out of it.
