ive heard many testimoials about this book – amazing !!!- crap !!!- my opinion is its neither one nor the other. i did enjoy it and could relate to holden at the time of reading it i was 18 so no far from his mindset. give it a try its not even a thick book a weeks work tops even for the sporadic readers.
