How I did it: It's a skill. You cannot and will not overcome shyness just by telling yourself "Stop being shy!" or criticizing yourself, "You're acting shy!" Don't even reflect on it- don't ask a friend or family member "Do you think I was shy today?" Stop! The key is, it is a skill and nothing more. How I did it: On 43 things i read about people saying it is really important to have people out of your life, but in actuality it is VITAL. Clearing out two crazies (truly bad leeching friends) opened me up to beautiful, healthy, loving friendships. I was happier mentally, and did better academically. It was hard. My wedding is coming up…I want to lose 20 lbs. I’m at my heaviest. Wedding is in August.
Plan for the week: exercise and eat healthy…lets see how this week goes. i’m also doing weight watchers.
I am right now at my heaviest, around 130. My goal is to be 114 range for my wedding. Let’s do this! i’ve been working out a good amount, i just need to eat healthier.
