Day 16 No Smoking

I am over the 2 week hump that’s good. Yesterday I only chewed 3 pieces of nicotine gum…that was all I needed.

I still don’t feel great though..I am not really breathing better, things don’t taste better, and I still feel like I am on the edge of a cold.

Does anyone know how long it takes to even out?
