How I did it: Drank lots of water, ran alot, ALWAYS took my make up off, stopped washing my hair so much and just waited till it got better - my boyfriend says its just your genes if you have bad skin so mine must have switched on for a year! He said the best thing to do is keep your pores REALLY clean (hes in med school so i trust him lol) Read how I did it…
How I did it: Got a neat freak for a boyfriend! Realised tidying only takes 10 minutes and if you do a little every day it never gets out of control on you. Also that it was so relaxing having a tidy room and being able to find everything it provided good motivation to do so. It still gets a little messy, then is tidied etc. And will have to be something I am aware of for awhile, but I will never go back to living in a dump the way I used too! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Thought about what i didnt like about working out - answer, NOTHING, I love it, I feel great during and afterwards so there was no reason for this dragging feeling before, its all in my head, so every time i get that feeling i think stop being silly! Read how I did it…

i had a good moment the other day I was very stressed out I went for a walk in the park behind my house, I ran around bare foot and then lay in the grass, I closed my eyes and literally felt all of my stress flow out of my back and into the ground to be replaced by bright white light. It sounds strange but this is the sort of thing I used to do very naturally all the time as a child. I havnt done it in years though. That is what I am looking to find, the faith and instinctive spirituality I had as a child. I left with my soul feeling cleansed
Am doing well am noticing a little improvment everytime I streach which is really rewarding
i had and interesting conversation with my musclar skeltal specialist about what will happen to my body if I dont streach in terms of aging which was some good motivation too!
