I’m very much enjoying my new bread machine—not sure I could go back to baking by hand now! Plus, after all, bread machines are more energy efficient :) I’ve made a few plain farmhouse loaves, plus a couple of mixed seed and grain loaves. MUST remember to take bread out of machine straight away if not keeping warm, however, as had rather soggy bread last night. Steaming bread doesn’t work as well as steaming veg, I assume! Today, planning on trying out the dough function and making pizza for us for tea :)

First yoga session in a while
I’ve just done half an hour’s yoga and feel very unbendy but very pleased with myself and uplifted. I’ve decided on a sequence to stick with for now which includes a lot of old favourite poses of mine; I plan to do it three times a week from now on.
