1 cup yogurt, 1 boiled egg, green tea, multi vit/suplements
large salad with 2 grapes, pecans, cuces. 1 can tuna
10 crackers
2 fish fillet, steamed veg, salad
2 T yogurt
chamomile tea

30 mins on eliptical, 30 mins of arm, chest, shoulders

No slips really yesterday cept for carb cravings at night
9am- 1 boiled egg 70c, 1/4 red river cereal 100c, yogurt and berries100c, green tea = 270 calories
12noon- chicken breast140 with salad40 and half a ham/cheese sand100= 280
2:45- 1/2c cottage chese 80c
6p- 1 chicken breast, salad, spoon of pasta, steamed veg, salmon skewer totalling320 calories
8p- 3/4 peach 80cal
10p- ice cream :( 300c
total (if im done snacking now)1330 calores
