Okay, I didn’t exactly do this, but I accomplished the spirit of the goal, which was adding regular exercise to my routine. It took an expensive treadmill and fun books on CD, but I’m finally there, and reaping the benefits.

The final key was eliminating sugar. More room for veggies! I’ve been reaching this goal comfortably for many weeks. Time to close this one out.

Okay, at this point I realize there is no way I’m going to reach my goal of 50 books…but that’s okay. My pursuit of this goal has increased the amount I read each day, and re-familiarized me with a favorite genre. It’s all good.
