I’ve been eating more vegetables and fruits lately, I didn’t eat them before because I don’t like much how vegetables taste, but I find out that you can ‘hide’ them into other foods like spaghetti, lasagna and other kind of pasta, as well as into other dishes you like, just use your imagination, they don’t even taste at all that way, and hey, you would be eating’em, I think I’ll reach this goal easily, it’s just a matter of me getting used to it and make a habit of it.
