I restarted the running plan today. I ran one minute, walked two minutes, times 10, then biked four minutes forward and back, with stretches. Again, this is a commitment to 30 minutes of exercise before midnight. I took off a few days to recover from hitting my knee very hard on a wooden desk. I had previously had fifteen days until 02/27. I will ice my knee again to insure proper recovery.
One topline behavior I’m doing is that before I start watching television or online video or a movie or streaming video of any kind (anywhere except the gym) on any given day, I workout for at least thirty minutes beforehand. Where a new day is defined to be the time after 12am and AFTER I have awoken from being asleep.
