OK its easy to floss when you MAKE it easy to floss!
I had a fancy cybersonic toothbrush and it had a floss attachment. Well I don’t use the electric part or the brushes anymore, but the flossy thing is very handy.
I actually wind a bunch of floss around it first, then leave enough at the end to wrap thru the head. So I can easily unwind a loop every day, and I just grab it and it’s always ready, and it doesn’t hurt my fingers.
I didn’t like the reach flosser, cuz it came with bad floss, I’m using glide floss. But I did see another flosser that was like $6 at walgreens that was similar to mine but nicer of course, if mine ever breaks.
I have two though so I think I’m covered.
Wow, what a floss nerd I am!
I’ll post pictures to my regular blog of my flosser and the one I saw:

I hosted a live conference call about a month ago. Had 40+ people from all over the world listening to me teach them how to record audio as mp3 and get it online.
I led the call myself and taught from an outline, but taking live questions was scary.
Right after it was over, I thought it was a disaster, then several people actually reported back with their successful audio recordings online!
It makes me happy to know that I was able to teach and help.
FIRE ready aim
Learned a bunch myself too.

I borrowed this idea from a friend. It is easy to say and I have to remind myself to practice. Almost always there is something to be thankful and therefore happy about in the moment.
(and just so ya know below has been my sig line for years!)
Be Happy!
