it changes durin the day but been stayin at 118-122 last couupl days. so im happy bout tath :) i wihs i wasmore toned tho!!



stop biting my nails
what worked for me 2 years ago

belive or not, i stopped biting nails and smoking at the same time. i say it was gum! chew it constantly. (sugar free or ur teth will rot!) i dunno. it woked for me. but i kno its REALLY hard!! good luck everyone! :)
