How I did it: I'd lived in Japan for over 4 years and still hadn't seen Kabuki. Finally, my newlywed friends came over on their honeymoon (Aaron having trained in suzuki method and butoh), and I took them into Kabuki-za in Ginza. Thank God I got a chance to go before they pull it down.
