Since switching over to children’s vitamins, I haven’t missed a day! The only thing they lack is calcium (they only provide 10% of what I need), so I have needed to remember my dairy.

How I did it: I spent several months trying to get myself to remember my multivitamin. I managed it for a month or so there, but they started to upset my stomach even when I took them with milk, bread, or meals.I finally remembered someone else's tip about taking child's vitamins, so I tried it out. I just bought a generic version of Flinstone's tablets, which I remembered liking as a child. As it turns out, I still like them as an ad… Read how I did it…
How I did it: At first, I had a whole plan for improving my health and yadda yadda yadda. I even stuck to it for a couple weeks! Holy cow! Mission complete! :D
I just recorded a simple rhythm, then recorded myself playing along. The tracks are starting to sound pretty good! It’s nothing I’d post on YouTube, but I’m rather proud of myself. :)
As with the Native American flute, I think this marks the end of my goal. When I can make up little songs, I can play an instrument. Now, to get good!
