Well, it’s been 1 week getting back in shape. I’ve been keeping my calories topped at 1,200 a day, didn’t get to lift any weight due to my busy schedule but I got to jog 3 days this week 20-30 minutes each day. So far about 2 pounds lost since my last post.
I cut out all fast food, junk food including chips, candy etc., I’ll have an occasional gulp of Diet Cherry Coke when I wanna immitation sugar fix.
So far so good, and for anyone thinking about or just started dieting, the first 3-4 days are the hardest, you’ll have urges to just say “Look, one chocolate bar isn’t gonna hurt”... Don’t do it. Day 5, 6, 7, etc. Your body craving any sweets, etc is gone, now it’s all mental but it’ll be easy.
The past couple of days I haven’t been really hungry compared to the first 3 and now I think this’ll be no sweat at all.
And maybe it’s just me but I think I already notice a difference in my sexiness…

Started smoking around 14 on and off until 19, quit for 2 years cold turkey, moved from NYC to IN and started smoking again for about a year. Quitting New Year’s again cold turkey (only way to do it) No if, and’s, but’s about it. And I’m going to take out ALLLLLLLLLLLLL my craving frustration for the first 2 weeks (those are the really bad ones) right on this site… so they’ll be many flames and CAPS-LOCK keys being jammed, but gotta do it. Only dopes smoke
Height – 5’11
Current Weight – 220-230 (I need to buy a scale to make sure what it is)
Goal Weight – 160
I found this site and decided it’s going to be my extra little motivation to get on this diet and finally stick to it until I go allllllllllllll the way. I’ll be updating my progress/weight loss weekly, take new pics, and see what happens. Will I fail miserably and throw in the towel after a couple weeks (I don’t think so) or will I become one handsome, hunky, man. Only time will tell.
