There are lots of things I have to do and change on myself. One of them is to stick to the plan at all costs. E.g today I told to myself I wouldn’t go out and dinner and then I met my friends and simply couldn’t say no. I also thought I’d start diet today and after the dinner I went for burger and chips. Damn… I seems like I can’t control my life :-)
But I know that it takes sometimes. The important is to not despair and keep trying it. At some point, things will start to flow naturally and that’s where I aim to be. I know there are lots of other things that I should start looking at, as well. Like caring after myself, spending more time trying to improve myself (clipping nails and shaving more often, cleaning teeth more than twice a day; washing my clothes and iron all of them; learn to cook different stuff every week; read more newspapers and improve my english; sleep more).
