hey, I had started few weeks back (again) and thius time its really going good, i have put too much but whatver i am gaining its steady even after hectic schedules, i beleive read a bit abt ur goal helps u alot and try to keep a good record abt ur diet and work out.i thinks it m akes u out to do it more.
