How I did it: Keep a good supply of thank you cards around. Every time someone gives you a gift, or does something unexpected and nice, put a card aside with their address on it. If you have to put the thank you card on your to do list, do so. You will not only bring a smile to someone else by acknowledging them, but you will be adding to your potential happiness. How I did it: We went to Carmax. They not only shipped nearly the exact car we were looking for, they found us a decent car loan to boot. I always recommend them to my friends. Read how I did it…
We didn’t get a totally new couch, but thanks to my best friends mom it’s new to us. It’s a nice, fluffy, pillowy couch that had been in her home for decades, but is still in perfect shape. We are very thankful to have a second couch for our gatherings. :)
