I didn’t actually want to fall down a flight of steps, but it just so happened that I did. Yep, all 83 stairs I went down, crashing in a heap of twisted limbs and bones. But surprisingly, I wasn’t hurt. In fact, I got right back up, somewhat surprised, a little soreness in one thigh, but that’s all. No broken bones, torn ligaments, or damaged muscles. I say go for it!

I ran my first marathon in Philadelphia, PA, USA
in Novemeber of 2005. I finished and it felt
great. Now, I want to run more marathons and
work on shaving off time in order to qualify for
the Boston Marathon.
