I need to be a stronger advocate for them at school. Instead of constantly worrying about their behavior, I need to concentrate on their strengths. I keep forgetting that what I focus on is what becomes enhanced. If I motivate and encourage their accomplishments, the not-so-good aspects of their behavior diminish.
