Completed 4 mile run tonight around the neighborhood. Will run in a 5k race this weekend as part of the training. I think I’ll be in town and will be able to run the Outer Banks Half, where the course will be scenic and flat.
I feel incredibly empty and sad inside, and I don’t know what to do to change this. I used to be so happy and full of life…
