I must say that when I participated back in 1993, it was one of the most fufilling moments in my emotional history. I’ve never been one to be moved to tears by peoples’ reactions but we were able to be there when they handed the keys over a few months later.

I weighed myself and I’ve lost 12 pounds so far! I’m very happy, as is my doctor. He thinks that I’m over shooting by 20 pounds but hey…if I don’t make 50 and do the thirty he’s suggesting…it’s all to the good!

I love Vancouver. Every time I go, I rue the return trip home. I am going to marry a hot Canadian man so that I might become a Canadian and have a POLITE man to keep company with.
