I have tried several methods throughout the years. I find they all help to create mental clarity and a sense of grounding. It is also great for problem solvings. Ideas come up when you least expect it. My favorite form of meditation is through movement, like Tai Chi or Qigong.

try a vegetarian diet for six months
Started 36 years ago for a month and stayed on it. 2 years ago

When I was in my late teens, I was diagnosed with a severe case of tonsilitis (inflamation of tonsils). Nothing seemed to work so the alergies specialist recommended removal of my tonsils (their work is to filter toxic material and to dump it for removal into the bloodstream).

Something in me said, that is not a very good idea, but I really had no options so I was going along with the program. I was lucky to find an article on Surfer Magazine that recommended vegetarian diets as a means to healing. So I decided to give it a try for a month. So I went from a Fast Food Nation diet to a vegetarian diet in a week. It worked and I stayed on the diet to this date.
