I now have scales; and remember to weigh myself most weekday mornings.
I am managing to take my lunch to work most days, in my spiffy new lunchbox from www.lunchmatters.com.au

Be conscious of procrastinating
I am so bad at this it is not funny 2 years ago

Honestly, whole weeks have been procrastinated away. I lack discipline to do things that I don’t care about or don’t like
