Whenever I’m watching a movie or TV I just have to start munching. Which has become a really bad habit for me. Every time I buy groceries, I have to pick up a bag of chips, which ends up making me feel bad later.



eat fruits everyday

Banana for breakfast, grapes with lunch, apples for snacks and anything else you want to add. Fruits are awesome :)



Make salat 5 times a day

I make salat regularly only two or three times, and I’d like to work on improving this. Maybe setting a goal will help me out :)
