So I’ve realized that I don’t really care about what my body looks like. So I guess I’m not as self conscious as I used to be? It helps that I workout almost everyday for at least 30mins. It also helps that I’m so busy with many projects that the last thing I’m thinking about is the way my butt looks in a pair of jeans, when I’m wearing a shirt that doesn’t cover it.
When I do notice, it’s usually when I have alot of down time. So I still have to work at it…. ^^;;
So I have been finding myself and I’ve become better at being happy on my own. Being able to convert solitude into something positive has become very helpful.
I find myself making more things (craft wise) with each day, and going to work also helps. meeting new people etc etc. Soon I think the house that I abandoned to be in another planet, will be back to looking like someone is actually living and taking care of it.
