i hit a pretty good stride in december. i saw different friends and spent time with them…but once the new year came around, it pretty much stopped.

i went thru a recluse phase and while it is over now, i’m still not really meeting up with people. it seems like i’m less of a worry if i dont worry them, ya know. i know it’s silly logic. but sometimes, that’s what i tell myself.

being social takes work. and maybe i’m not ready to be that social yet. boo to me.

this month i have successfully paid off the smaller of my student loans. woohoo! now onto the larger one with even more vigor and resources. watch out, student loan, i’m coming to getcha!

my birthday is coming up. and it’s a big one! 30 years around the sun! on momentous years such as this, i like to celebrate those in my life and who have helped me get to where i am today.

this year, i’m sending little notes doing just that. so i’ve got a bunch of blank note cards and a several books of stamps. i’ve been emailing and facebooking asking friends and family to please update me with their mailing address (something i’ve been meaning to anyway. bonus!). i initially wanted to send out as many cards as my new age, but i’ve surpassed that number already. hopefully, my thanks will be well received by all my loved ones.
