almost 2 months of no more than 2 hours of sleep (night or day) at the most! im at college…and it makes it really really really hard to function. lately i have missed some of my classes, which i hate, but i absolutely cannot do anything about it. i do everything that i am supposed to do for healthy sleep – i just cant. i don’t know if its because of depression, anxiety, eating disorder, or STRESS – of which i would assume its a great combination of all of them.
somehow i still manage to run 5-6 days a week, not look like i have bugs under my eyes (thank God for makeup), and keep up w/ my schoolwork. BUT i am so irritable and depressed because of my lack of sleep! i feel horrible…my body hurts, my head, everything. plus I feel like a bad student because I miss some classes.
also, I don’t take medicine – certainly not sleeping pills. i’m going to try something called valerian root, maybe that will help? if anybody has any suggestions….please, help!
i just want to sleep 8 hours every night, feel healthy, look healthy, function properly….all that jazz.
