How I did it: it took me a while to get in the right frame of mind but i eventually managed this by reinforceing the message to myself thta i would begin at a set time and day and stuck to this. then i just stuck at it, taking breaks so not to bog myself down. one assignment at a time st starting with the least difficult. i think iv always tryed to be the best person i can be but i think iv had some good information today that will help me achieve this. first i cant control every thing so i should except the things which are beyond my control and 2nd be your self and try to do what you can and dont beat yourself up over the things you cant achieve so long as you’ve tryed
