How I did it: Bascially I bought a dog for the pleasure factor of owning an animal but also to improve my exercise routine. So I walk my dog at least once a day and we generally managed 2 miles before she crashes. It has made our bond better and she now views me as the pack leader. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I caught myself afterwards and sometimes before the swear left my lips. If the swear came out I would stop myself, mentally realize it was said, and then remove the word from my mind.
