How I did it: Friend of mine is a teacher, but also looked us the poses online at www.abc-of-yoga.com/ and took a few classes of Body Flow at my gym.I practice at least once a day and in order to improve my flexibility, sit in simple pose, hero, or half lotus at most times when seated.
