I’ve read:
Terry Pratchett: Feet Of Clay, Witches Abroad, The Wyrd Sisters and Lords & Ladies. I really liked all the books. They made me laugh and cry! Not sure what I’m gonna read next!

I’ve been trying to sleep with a pillow between my knees for the last week and it works to a degree but I usually end up tied in all kinds of knots between that and the bed covers.
I also tried sleeping with only one pillow, but I’m so used to sleeping with more I find I wake up in the morning and the one pillow has been doubled over to make it higher.
Maybe it just takes time…
I’ve been looking around some websites and apparently if you place a pillow between your knees, this helps to align the spine, hips, knees and ankles thus reducing pressure to these areas and preventing lower back pain. Also making sure the neck and head are supported with only one pillow rather than many is said to help too. I shall try it tonight and see if it works
