If only could stop that annoying little voice that sometimes whispers to me ‘why did you said that?, what a freaking nerd ..’, ‘There yo go again ..’.
I will try to shut it up, I wonder how .. ? Any toughts?

Despite my busted knee I want to keep running. I already had some therapy for it but it hasn’t healed for good. I already started to run again, a month ago. I ran 4 km (2.5 miles?) without problems, could have ran more but didn’t want to push it. Anyways hopefully in a couple of month I’l be running a 10k race.
