How I did it
How I did it: I downloaded a marathon training program and began a year long training program. I began with a walk/run program in June of 08. By the falling I was running 3 miles straight. Recent entries
Today is my 499th consecutive day of sobriety! Man does it feel great. I never thought I would ever be filled with this much gratitude. I am developing a deeper connection with my higher power and am starting to lean more on the HP, instead of doing things my way. Thanks to everyone who have helped me along the way of this journey.
