I am slightly hunched when I work and walk. I have to correct this bad habit!



Become an early riser- wake up at 5am DAILY!
Wake up every morning at 5am 13 months ago

I am aiming to wake up daily at 5am every morning so that I can have an early start to my day. This will allow me to start and finish my work earlier- which gives me more free time during the night.
