I have done most of my traveling in Europe and the Caucasus, so there’s still more to see/do. I definitely recommend that people – especially Americans – try to get out of the U.S. more often and meet/talk with people living in other countries.

All last year, I ran on a treadmill before going to yoga classes at my local gym. However, this summer, I moved and I haven’t yet found a gym that i want to join. So, I went out and ran today for the first time in a very long time… There are a lot of hills where I live and it was the middle of the day, but I managed to keep running for about 20 minutes. I’m feeling pretty good about this.
