My sleep is horrendous. I mean, I know what’s at the root of all of this, but … that’s not progressive or anything, so why should my sleep be as bad as ever now more than 2 years later? There was one point last week at which I had not slept in over 100 hours. I think I finally got about an hour or so after 104 hours of being ‘awake’.
Clearly you’re not that ‘awake’ after 100 hours of sleep deprivation, but I surely was never asleep. As I write this, it’s been around 60 hours and I’m not feeling the least bit sleepy.
